What we build
Cryptographic ownership infrastructure for physical assets.
NOANE is a dual-key, hardware-anchored protocol that binds physical assets to on-chain ownership records. It is designed to operate at machine scale, answer ownership questions in a single round-trip, and require no human attestation to complete a transfer. It is not a marketplace, token, or consumer app.
Why it exists
Agentic commerce cannot function without machine-verifiable ownership.
Authentication proves what an asset is. Tracking shows where it has been. Custody records who is holding it now and who can authorize its next transfer. When AI agents begin executing physical-asset transactions autonomously, the absence of cryptographic custody becomes an operational failure. NOANE closes the gap before the agents arrive.

What we do not do
Infrastructure, not intermediation.
We do not run a marketplace
NOANE does not list, match, or settle transactions. The protocol records custody. Operators run the markets.
We do not custody assets
NOANE never takes physical possession. The custody record reflects who is holding the asset; the protocol does not hold it.
We do not take title
NOANE is not a party to any transaction. Ownership rights remain with the operators and counterparties on the chain.
We do not hold inventory
There is no NOANE warehouse, no NOANE-branded stock, no NOANE balance sheet exposure to the assets it secures.
We do not authenticate
Authentication is upstream. Custody is what NOANE provides. The protocol records who has the authority to transfer, not what the object is.
We do not bridge to other protocols
The custody record is the source. NOANE does not relay state to or from other custody systems.
