Accessibility statement.

LITH LLC is committed to digital accessibility and to making NOANE.io usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies.

Effective date: 24 May 2026. Last reviewed: 24 May 2026. Version 1.0.

1. Conformance Target

WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

NOANE.io is designed and built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 AA is the conformance standard most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act, the EU Web Accessibility Directive 2016/2102, the EN 301 549 harmonised standard, and the UK Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018. The conformance status below is a self-assessment performed by LITH LLC; the Site has not been audited by an independent third-party certifier.

2. Measures Taken

How accessibility is built into the Site.

  • Semantic HTML. Pages use semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer, section) and a single H1 per page, with a logical heading hierarchy.
  • Skip link. Every page begins with a "Skip to main content" link as the first interactive element, allowing keyboard and screen-reader users to bypass the navigation.
  • Keyboard navigation. All interactive elements, including the mobile menu toggle and dropdown groups, are reachable and operable with the keyboard. Visible focus styles are preserved.
  • ARIA support. Navigation regions carry aria-label. Disclosure controls expose aria-expanded and aria-controls. Decorative SVG and bars use aria-hidden="true".
  • Form labels and validation. Every input on the contact form has a programmatically associated <label>. Required fields are marked with both required and visible hints. Server-side error messages are returned as plain text without JavaScript dependence.
  • Reduced motion. The Site honours the prefers-reduced-motion media query. Decorative animations (BIND signal flow, environment circuit traces, signal rings, reveal transitions) are suppressed or replaced with a static state when the user has expressed a reduced-motion preference at the OS level.
  • Colour and contrast. Body text is rendered against the Vault Charcoal / Vault Deep palette with contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.1 AA (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components). Accent colour (Signal Teal #2DD4BF) is used for links and CTAs and is not the sole indicator of meaning.
  • Text resizing. The Site uses relative font units (rem, em, ch) and a fluid type scale so that text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
  • Self-hosted fonts. Web fonts are served from noane.io to avoid third-party loading dependencies that can affect text readability when blocked.
  • Image alternatives. Informative images use descriptive alt text. Decorative SVG carries aria-hidden="true" so it is not announced by screen readers.
  • Language. Each page declares lang="en" on the html element.
  • No autoplay sound or video. The Site contains no autoplay media or content that flashes more than three times per second (WCAG 2.3.1).

3. Known Limitations

Areas we are still improving.

Despite our efforts, the following limitations may currently exist. Each is on our remediation list.

  • Complex diagrams. Some technical diagrams on the Integration Topology and Research pages use schematic illustrations that may not be fully conveyed by their current text alternatives. Equivalent text descriptions of each diagram's information are available in surrounding body copy.
  • Third-party content. Pages that link to or reference SSRN, DOI registries, and social platforms cannot guarantee the accessibility of those external destinations.
  • Independent audit. The Site has not yet been audited by an independent third-party accessibility evaluator. An external audit is planned before public product launch.

4. Technical Specifications

Technologies the Site relies on.

Accessibility of NOANE.io relies on the following technologies, working in combination with the user's browser and any assistive technology in use: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (progressive enhancement only; all content is available with JavaScript disabled), WAI-ARIA, and SVG. The Site is tested against current versions of major desktop and mobile browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

5. Feedback and Alternative Formats

How to report a barrier or request an accessible alternative.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on NOANE.io, or if you need information from the Site in an alternative format (large print, plain text, audio description, or another reasonable accommodation), please contact LITH LLC through the contact form with "Accessibility" in your message. We aim to respond within five business days. We will work with you to provide the information through an accessible alternative method while we remediate the underlying barrier.
